Natural wines in Salento

Our wines are simply called Negroamaro and Primitivo: they are “naked”and totally natural wines. Few bottles. Lots of passion. Just grapes.

The Farm

Our natural wines are born in the heart of Salento

Finding Salento on a map is easy. You can’t miss it. It’s the narrow peninsula set between the Adriatic and Ionian seas in the southeastern corner of Italy. There you will find one hundred towns, one million inhabitants and then the grapevines, which in Salento usually mean two local varieties: Negroamaro and Primitivo.
The Wines

Our wines are simply called Negroamaro and Primitivo

We produce naked, totally natural wines.

Our Negroamaro contains only Negroamaro grapes and our bottles of Primitivo contain nothing but Primitivo grapes.

That’s it. The rest is up to Nature.

The Harvest

We carefully select and pick our grapes by hand, placing them in crates.

The cellar

Our Negroamaro and Primitivo wines are born here

Our winery is located between Casarano and Ugento, 10 km from the sea, in an agricultural context consisting only of vineyards of native grapes. It is housed in a 18th century villa, recently renovated to accommodate essential and traditional equipment for the vinification and the aging of our wines.

Francesco, Maurizia e Vituccio

Here we are, the three of us, always together, united by our love of nature, our desire to respect and preserve this land and, two of us, by the passion for natural wines. 😉
